    Investment investigation, sign contract with Qinghu Industrial Park Co., LTD---corporation name check and approve in advance---corp. constitution declare, examine and approve---register in commercial and industrial bureau---transact organization institution juridical person code certificate---transact foreign exchange register certificate (material machining free this item)---open a bank account ---tax register--- put on records in custom (there is no need to transact foreign exchange register and declare in custom for non-overseas-funded-crop.)
