Central district of Qinghu Industrial Park locates in the center. It starts from the Yingbin plaza on north entrance, ends at the north of the river. The symbolic sculpture stands at the entrance. Business and finance section is westward with administration office, hotels, business office, financial building and shopping center, administration and culture section is on the east with common office, post building, telecom building, radio and TV building, hospital, theatres and culture center. Forming a "V" shape, two sections are just like the two arms of Qingxi people, welcoming your arrival.
    The central Zone and Binge cultural plaza are in the south of the river, while the administration center lies towards the west. In the south is a half-ellipse section around the center district, primary school, kindergartens, uptown, villa and clm the east to the west, and all sections are properly situated in natural environment.
